An application for a claims adjustment service which used it to expand into a franchise system. Tracks all franchises, allows claims adjusters to carry out online estimates, updates the building items cost database, allows adjusters to scan and upload documents and pictures relating to the claims, generates and tracks correspondence with insurance companies, and permits client log-in to track claim status.
